UK delivery

• Standard (2–4 working days) — free on all orders.
• Express (1–2 working days) — rate shown at checkout.

International delivery

Available destinations, rates and estimated timings are calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. Tracking can take a few hours to update after the first scan.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within five working days of the estimated date, email hello@movewithao.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
