Returns & exchanges

What we can accept

• Unworn and unwashed items in their original condition.
• Tags and hygiene liners still attached.
• Items that are not marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

How to return

• Email hello@movewithao.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
• We'll send you return instructions and a returns label.
• Repack the items securely and drop the parcel off.

Exchanges

The quickest way to swap a size or colour is to place a new order and return the original item for a refund — this way your replacement is reserved straight away.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and checked, usually within 5–10 working days. Original delivery charges are refunded only where the whole order is returned within the statutory cancellation period.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with photographs and your order number. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
