General Return Guidelines
- Send your item back in its original packaging.
- Submit your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Only return faulty or incorrect items if our customer care team instructs you to.
- Keep all labels and tags attached.
- Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and unwashed.
Important Notes
- Underwear must have the original hygiene strip attached for a successful return.
- Socks can only be returned if they remain unopened in their original packaging.
- We can’t process refunds for items that are damaged, worn, or dirty.
Returning Your Item

To prevent delays, please follow these instructions carefully:
1. Online Return & QR Code
- Register your return online.
- Bring your package and the emailed QR code to your nearest Royal Mail location.
OR
2. Print & Ship
- Print your return label and packing slip.
- Place the slip inside the original packaging (or another secure box or bag).
- Attach your Royal Mail shipping label, ensuring no old labels are visible.
- Drop your package off at a Royal Mail location.
⏳ Please allow 10 business days after your return is processed for your refund to appear on your statement. The sooner you return your items, the quicker we can issue your refund!

Refund Information
Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will take 5-7 business days to process. After that, expect your refund to appear on your original payment method within 4-6 business days.
